The project aims to enable young women and men in these countries to generate sustainable living incomes by finding regular employment or starting enterprises.
As part of the project, VC4A partners and candidates with local accelerators and works and study to strengthen local investor networks and place She Leads Africa is a platform that empowers women with the community, &information, and inspiration they need to live their dreams
There are five ways that SLA can help participants build the life they’ve always wanted.
- Firstly, the SLA Community SLA High Growth Coaching connects participants with over 700,000 other women across Africa. Participants can become a Motherland Mogul to build their networks, reach their goals, and build lifelong relationships.
- Secondly, SLA publishes articles, newsletters, podcasts, and videos to help participants start, grow and improve their business and career. These resources are readily available and can be accessed at any time.

The “High-Impact Female Founders Program” is an incredible opportunity for female entrepreneurs in Nigeria. This program offers a variety of benefits to its participants,
including intensive training in business and operational skills, access to a private community of high-achieving founders, check-in calls with a personal business coach, that have monthly virtual support group meetings, and personalized scorecards to keep track of weekly lessons and business progress, and support in creating a roadmap of tangible business goals.
Eligibility SLA High Growth Coaching
To be eligible for this program, female founders or co-founders must be between the ages of 18 and 35 and running a high-impact business in Nigeria for less than 3 years with a proven track record in the market.
They must not have received more than N23,025,000 in external funding and must be interested in positioning their businesses to receive external funding either from the program or from other external investors. Additionally, they must be looking to rapidly grow and scale their businesses within 6 months.
