National Swimming Pool Foundation Board of Directors’ Scholarship Grant overview
The National Swimming Pool Foundation (NSPF) offers a scholarship called the Board Scholarship Award. To apply, you must be a current Certified Pool & Spa Operator®, AST® Certified Advanced Services Technician, SWD Master, NSPF Instructor, or immediate family member of any of these individuals. You must also complete an application packet. Scholarships are awarded only once per person. Previous scholarship recipients are not eligible.
NSPF is a non-profit foundation that advances water action and promotes healthier lives through education and research. This scholarship program was created to recognize and support public pool or spa operators who have received training to improve public health and have achieved NSPF Certified Pool/Spa Operator® certification.

You must be a high school graduate, freshman, sophomore, junior, or senior to qualify. These enrollment rates will help you know where you are in your education. High school seniors are in their final year of high school, while freshmen, sophomores, juniors, and seniors are in their respective college years. You must meet these requirements to participate in the position or program you are applying for.
